Why Sustainable Awards Matter

At Emitrophies, we believe sustainability starts with practical actions and continuous improvement. While we are still on our sustainability journey, we are actively exploring initiatives that can help reduce environmental impact within our operations and products.

Collaborating with Local Recycling Partners

We are working with local partners such as Plastify to explore sustainable award solutions made from recycled plastic materials.

By utilising recycled HDPE (#2) and PP (#5) plastics, discarded plastic waste can be transformed into meaningful awards, medals and recognition products. These initiatives help give plastic materials a second life while promoting environmental awareness.

Exploring Sustainable Materials

In addition to recycled plastics, we are also exploring sustainable materials such as rubberwood and other environmentally responsible alternatives for selected award and plaque products.

Our goal is to offer customers more eco-friendly choices without compromising quality, durability and presentation.

Environmentally Conscious Printing

As part of our production process, we utilise Roland Eco-Sol MAX inks for selected printing applications.

These inks are formulated with lower VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions compared to traditional solvent inks and are GREENGUARD Certified, helping to reduce environmental impact while maintaining high-quality printing results.

Reusing Packaging Materials

We also make an effort to reuse packaging cartons and protective materials whenever practical.

By extending the life of packaging materials that remain in good condition, we can reduce unnecessary waste and minimise the consumption of new packaging resources.

Supporting Singapore's Green Plan 2030

Singapore's Green Plan 2030 encourages businesses and communities to adopt more sustainable practices and contribute towards a greener future.

Through our efforts in recycled materials, environmentally conscious printing and responsible packaging practices, we aim to play our part in supporting Singapore's sustainability goals.
